Policy Agreements *

I am 18 years or older or will be at the time of my appointment. I understand that no minors are permitted into the tattoo studio, even with a guardian present. I understand if I don't bring a valid ID, my appointment will be treated like a last minute cancellation.

I understand no guests are allowed. (The Washoe Health Department considers my entire studio to be a 'surgical area'. It's safer and better for everybody to come alone. It also helps me as a nuerodivergent artist, I work better one-on-one and do my best work when I can give you my sole attention.)

I understand that all tattoo payments are cash only and all retainers are non-refundable.

I understand that I will come to my appointment sober, not hungover, well-rested, hydrated, and on a full stomach.

I understand I will not using numbing cream without my artist's approval.

I understand designs are not released prior to appointment times and any design alterations can be made the day of your appointment.

I understand I am being booked on this initial design idea and I agree to pay another retainer if I decide to get a new design entirely to accommodate for extra drawing time. Additionally, a reschedule may need to occur to accomodate tattoo time difference.

I understand that there is a 3-day rescheduling policy and I must let my artist know at least 3 days in advance for my retainer to be transferred to a new day.I may only reschedule once and within a 6 month window of my original appointment date for my retainer to be honored on a new day. Multiple reschedules will result in my retainer being forfeit and I will be required to put down another for additional rescheduling.

I understand that any last minute cancellation (3 days before my appointment) will result in my forfeiting my retainer. (When putting down a deposit, you will receive both email and text confirmations for your appointment, this includes a 3 day reminder email and text - this message is your final opportunity to rebook without being charged a cancellation fee). If I no call-no show, I will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment.

I understand I need to come on time and that being 15 minutes late without contacting my artist will result in a $100 late fee. Being 30 minutes late without contacting my artist results in my appointment being treated as a no call-no show.

I understand that my artist has the right to stop service or refuse any further service for any instances involving sexism, homophobia, racism, transphobia, or any kind of disrespectful treatment towards any artist or client in the tattoo studio.

I am seeking a personal experience with somebody who genuinely cares about me and my body. My design is uniquely thought out for me with care and is 100% original. My artist is more than happy to figure out plans that work for both of us as long as I am open and direct about communicating. I have autonomy over my body and my voice and comfortability matters. I trust my artist and know the best tattoo experience happens when two people mutually respect and care for one another. I’m excited to have THE BEST TIME EVER! :)
